I am sincerely happy to be able to share that a federal judge in the Southern District of Ohio ruled in our favor today.
At the beginning of last summer, I was expelled by my former college, Ohio State University, for engaging in protected political speech.
Specifically, my speech critical of Israel & Zionism.
After many hard months, the judge found that my “expulsion likely violated [my] First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment rights”
You will hear me speak more freely on this important subject as soon as it’s prudent.
