American tax dollars that go to Israel don’t only help support their Government’s genocidal campaign but also fund public healthcare in Israel something here in the US we are denied.

I don’t think the US should take away healthcare from anyone, even if, in some sense, we might say “not fair” about some people getting care. I would prefer to regard all governments as responsible for health care for all people. Governments can work out the paperwork issue of “Who pays?” among themselves, but all persons qualify for medically appropriate preventative, acute, and chronic care, even land-pirate “settlers” in the West Bank.

Basic — Israel is a conscription society. The military mandatorily pays for healthcare and education. Same as for U.S. troops. Israel uses U.S. military aid for any aspect they can justify. It’s pathetic that our society even tolerates Congressional reps providing for foreigners what they fail to provide for domestic citizens.

Canadians pay about 17% of GDP for healthcare whereas the USA pays about 15% so why no real healthcare for Americans?
