What the Supreme Court Just Did is Bigger Then You Think

The Supreme court recently ruled that universal injunctions from Federal courts over step the power given to them by congress. Universal injunctions did not become common until recently with the increase of executive orders by the Obama admin on onwards. This limits how quickly groups can move to block something. The new route groups will use is class action law suits which wont give people the same universality. Ultimately this will divide the country further causing some areas to have wildly different laws from others. This ruling by the supreme court shows the increased political nature of the court and the failings of the current US system which has become aged and is unable to function in an effective way.
