Donald Trump has stated that the U.S. will resume regular testing of nuclear weapons because apparently 800 military bases around the world and a $1 trillion-dollar war budget isn’t enough.
Trump justified the move as a show of strength to rivals like China and Russia in a Cold War style bloodlust.
This has nothing to do about deterrence. This is about a dying empire clinging to relevance through constant escalation. While half the country can’t afford rent or healthcare, your tax dollars will now fund simulated Armageddon
