Too Extreme for the IDF” | How Israel’s National Security Minister Came to Power

Itamar Ben-Gvir was rejected from mandatory service in the Israeli military for being too extreme. That should have been the warning, but now he’s literally in charge of national security.

A man once dismissed as a fringe racist, a disciple of Meir Kahane, arrested dozens of times for incitement, is now directing policy in a settler-colonial state armed to the teeth.

Ben-Gvir isn’t an outlier here either, they handed him the badge for a reason. He’s a reflection of the genocidal entity.
