You know a regime’s defenders have nothing left when they start laughing at starving children. Families are literally drinking sewage water and the response is a smirk with a punchline.
This is ideological sadism. The point isn’t to debate, it’s to humiliate. To strip the humanity from Palestinians so thoroughly that even their starvation becomes a joke.
The ones who laugh now will be remembered later.
