The debate always starts from “Should we recognize Palestine?” But here’s the real question: Why is Israel recognized at all?
Israel’s statehood was never rooted in justice or consent. It’s rooted in displacement and massacre. It was imposed through colonization, ethnic cleansing, and international complicity.
We don’t need more statements “acknowledging” Palestine. We need to start withdrawing legitimacy from the system that’s been erasing it for 75 years.
