Every election cycle comes with the same fantasy: “if only people voted correctly!!” as if foreign policy would suddenly grow a conscience. Then reality shows up and keeps doing what it always does.
Because the uncomfortable truth is that administrations change but the machinery of empire keeps humming along like it’s on autopilot. New faces, same policies, same outcomes dressed up in whichever language you prefer.
She literally campaigned alongside Liz Cheney saying deterring a nuclear Iran would be her “highest priority” as President yet people still believe things would be any different. After we shared some concerns about genocide, she basically told us to sit down and shut up. Yeah, no thanks.
