Chuck Schumer has been in power for decades and somehow, the Democratic Party gets weaker every year he stays. He’s voted for every war, signed off on every surveillance expansion, and now presides over a party that funds genocide abroad and strips healthcare at home.
The truth is that Schumer manages controlled retreat to meet the republicans halfway while calling it a “strategy”. If there’s going to be any serious opposition left in this country, it starts with removing the people who’ve spent their careers selling it out.
