America Is Not A Democracy
We’re being told this is a democracy, but watch how power actually moves. Lobbyists write legislation while ordinary voters get a ballot every few years and are told that counts as control over a system that hasn’t produced anything for them in decades.
If this system feels rigged, it’s because it is. Concentrated wealth has a louder voice than the public ever will. In fact, a Princeton study proved that the United States is by definition an oligarchy. The policy interests of regular everyday people are rarely reflected in voting patterns compared to corporate lobbyists.
Real change comes from organizing, applying pressure, and forcing accountability from people who’d rather never face it. Not just voting “harder” or “better”.
